The cherished drone duo Brian McBride and Adam Wiltzie best known as Stars Of The Lid, have announced the vinyl reissue of their second album, Gravitational Pull Vs. The Desire For An Aquatic Life, originally released in 1996, due out on March 30th, 2018.
The duo’s last album Stars Of The Lid And Their Refinement Of The Decline has been released in 2007, and since then they have reissued their 2001 album, The Tired Sounds Of Stars Of The Lid, in 2015, following the new reissue of their second album, Gravitational Pull Vs. The Desire For An Aquatic Life. Initially released on Sedimental, the reissue will find a new home at the duo’s longtime record label Kranky.
