Portugal’s Semibreve finalises 2018 lineup

Semibreve Festival has presented the last wave of artists for this year’s edition, taking place in Rua de São Domingos, Braga, Portugal, happening from October 26th till 28th.

Announcing the final artists performing on Semibreve’s eighth edition this year, the Portuguese festival over the years has widely grown a reputation of giving priorities to electronic music and digital art performances. This year’s edition includes Detroit’s DJ Stingray, ambient experimentalist Liz Harris AKA Grouper and footwork pioneer RP Boo, Robin Fox and sound artist Alfredo Costa Monteiro. The Canadian composer Sarah Davachi will pair up with Laetitia Morais for a world exclusive premiere commissioned for Semibreve.

The newly confirmed names are added to the previously announced acts which include Keith Fullerton Whitman and Pierce Warnecke, William Basinski, Jlin, SØS Gunver Ryberg, and Caterina Barbieri among others.
